I ordered a black sugar milk tea, but they made a black sugar milk instead. The first lady told me I could keep the wrong drink and that she would make the correct one. However, another older lady then made the situation uncomfortable by trying to make it seem like it was my fault. She asked, “Did you order T2?” I explained that I only ordered a black sugar milk tea and never mentioned a number. Then the employee who took my order pointed to the wrong drink and asked, “Did you order the milk?” I explained that the other employee had already told me I could keep it. She then said, “You did not order this. I need it back.” I also noticed that the incorrect drink was placed in a closet/storage area underneath the desk. I’m not sure whether storing a prepared beverage there complies with food-safety regulations. When the first lady came out with the correct drink, I told her about what had happened. She admitted that it was her fault, but nothing was done to address the situation. The employees could not agree with each other about what happened, and they kept contradicting one another.
